The media docks are located in a listed building, a former warehouse, on the northern peninsula in the Lübeck Harbour. The building was constructed in 1898 and originally used for grain storage.
In 2002, the historic hanseatic building was completely restored and modernized. Modern glass and steel elements create an interesting contrast to the original brick construction. Since the restoration has been completed, the building is used as business and congress venue. There are more than 40 tenants, many of them from media and advertisement fields.

How to go to Lübeck:
By plane – International flights to Hamburg
From Hamburg Airport you can get the S-Bahn (suburban rail network) line S1. Line S1 operates every 10 minutes between Hamburg Airport and Hamburg’s central railway station, Hauptbahnhof, a journey of only 25 minutes. The “Hamburg Airport (Flughafen)” S-Bahn station is directly in front of the terminals and is easily reached by lift, escalator or stairs.

By train
Access to the ICE web via Hamburg
Trains from Hamburg central station to Lübeck central station operate from 8 am - 8 pm, every 30 minutes and before and after that every hour. The journey from Hamburg to Lübeck is approximately 40 minutes.
By car
well connected in all directions. If your travel to Lübeck
- from the North, A7 from Flensburg, A1 from Puttgarden
- from the East, A20 from Rostock, A24 from Berlin & change to A1 in Hamburg
- from the West, A1 from Bremen
- from the South, A7 from Hannover & change to A1 in Hamburg
By bus
Flixbus stop is very near Lübeck´s central station.
How to reach the venue:
You reach the media docks by foot from Lübeck central station in ca. 20 minutes.
From the station, walk in the direction of the city center, pass “Lindenteller” on the left side and cross the “Puppenbrücke”.
After you have crossed, take a left into “Willy-Brandt-Allee” and follow the street until you reach the media docks.
There are busses from the station, the bus stop at the media docks is called “Friedensstrasse”.
Line 1 direction Bad Schwartau or line 10 direction Seeretz.
Once you have descended the bus at „Friedenstraße“, cross the „Marienbrücke“ and then take a left into Willy-Brandt-Allee.
If you arrive by car, leave Autobahn A1 at exit „Lübeck-Zentrum“ in the direction „Stadtmitte“.
At the roundabout „Lohmühle“ take the third exit towards “Lohmühle”.
At the large crossing “Lohmühle/Schwartauer Allee” take a right into “Schwartauer Allee”.
At the next big crossing, turn left into “Marienstraße”.
After you have crossed “Marienbrücke” take the left lane in the direction “Nördliche Wallhalbinsel” and turn left into “Willy-Brandt-Allee”.
