Collection and storage of personal data when accessing the website

Personal data is individual information about personal and material circumstances of an identified or identifiable natural person.

When you visit this website, data is collected, processed and used for which a personal reference cannot always be excluded. The IP addressis being collected and stored so that the pages can be displayed in your browser. As a rule, an IP address is currently assigned dynamically by your provider. This address usually changes regularly, so that we cannot establish a personal reference from the IP address ourselves. In individual cases (e.g. with so-called static IP addresses), however, the creation of a personal reference would theoretically be conceivable. As a provider, however, we have no interest in establishing a personal reference and will not do so in principle.

In detail, the following data record is stored in the log file for each call by your terminal device (PC, mobile phone, etc.):

The stored data is neither used for statistical purposes nor for the evaluation of user behaviour. The log files serve exclusively for the analysis of errors and problems or for the clarification of attacks on the website. It is not possible to establish a specific personal reference.

Old log files are automatically deleted from our systems after 28 days at the latest, unless we detect illegal actions. We then reserve the right to suspend the retention period until the facts of the case have been clarified.

3. Contact by email, phone etc.

It is possible to contact us via the email address provided on the website or other forms of communication (telephone, fax, mail). In this case, the personal data of the user transmitted by email or other means of communication will be stored.

The processing of personal data serves solely to process the reason for contacting.

Your personal data can then be made accessible to the responsible authorities by our employees within the framework of the above-mentioned purpose
