Abstract submission deadline: 2^nd April 2026

Rules for submission of abstracts

• For the conference in Kassel we will use the ScienceOpen platform for abstract submission.
• Before you start the submission process, please download the guidelines, either here or by clicking the ‘Abstract submission instructions‘ tab on the ScienceOpen website.

• Please read the guidelines for registration and uploading abstracts carefully. To participate in the conference and to present your abstract (as a poster or a talk), you must also register via our homepage. This is mandatory.

Abstracts selection and publication

• The Organizing Committee will review all submitted abstracts.
• Notification regarding abstract acceptance and scheduling will be sent to the submitting author in May 2026.
• We will publish all abstracts online via ScienceOpen shortly before the conference in June 2026.

Oral and poster presentation

• Please note that some abstracts will be selected for oral presentation. We will typically select the first author from an abstract to give an oral presentation in order to support the younger cGMP researchers in the field.
• Posters must be prepared in English (Size A0; height 118.9 cm, width 84.1 cm) and will be on display all days and can be viewed at any time during the Conference.
